This book certainly covers just about any sausage you can think of. There are some really good homemade sausages you can make from scratch also. So far I've made the Portuguese black beans. It was very good and everyone liked it. The other recipe I have made so far is Maggie's Favorite Jambalaya. We all liked that one as well. The only drawback to this recipe was a lengthy ingredients list and took a while to make. One thing that is very helpful is the time chart and nutritional values after each recipe. I have my eye on several other things to make. This is truly an International cook book. I'll be making many more of the dishes in this book.Product details
